The finished product of hours of HARD work by the team at TowneBank that joined us for Day of Caring, members of our Garden & Grounds volunteer team, and even some of our staff! We want to give a huge thank you to two individuals and companies for their contribution to this beautification project:
– David Magnant with VPPSA (Virginia Peninsulas Public Service Authority), who donated the compost
– Waverly Brooks with Capitol Landing Mulch, who donated the mulch
Thank you VPPSA and Capitol Landing Mulch for donating this necessary material to make this grounds project a reality. This is a true example of how the community shows up for Hospice House each day. Thank you to Scott Wise for his instrumental role in this project.
